Shoulder Pads?!

Is it me or did i just witness a costume from 9 to 5?
are shoulder pads back?

    GAH LOVE THESE SHOULDER PADS!!

    it mustn't look very 80's though. i much prefer the Balmain cut of a more pitched, narrow, and futuristic look, no?
